The terms and conditions outlined in this policy apply to all products purchased from the Polihome online store via the website polihome.com.cy.

Returning Products

If you wish to return merchandise due to a change of mind, you will need your receipt, order form, order confirmation email, and credit card slip (if you paid by credit card). To return your products, visit our main showroom at (Makariou Avenue 36, 3065 Limassol) or the Polihome central distribution warehouses at (Ioanninon 1, Ypsonas, PC 4186). Alternatively, you can send your request via the form by clicking here. For any information you need, you can contact us at 220 52 736 from a landline or mobile phone at the cost of a local call. The return request becomes effective when you notify us of your wish to return the merchandise.   

The products you wish to return must be in perfect condition (for products with factory packaging, the packaging must not be damaged or worn, and they must not be assembled). You are responsible for the cost of returning the products unless the product is subject to warranty due to a manufacturing defect. If you open the product packaging, you must take care of the returned products' condition from when they are delivered to you until the time you deliver them to the company's central warehouses (Ioanninon 1, Ypsonas, PC 4186). Product returns are accepted Monday to Friday: 09:00-17:00.   

The customer/user has the right to return purchased products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. If they are not returned within 14 calendar days, then EFT EUROFURNITURE TRADERS IMP-EXP LTD (Polihome) may refuse any return or product replacement.

In addition to the rights provided by the return policy, all rights applicable to consumers under the existing provisions and laws regarding the sales contract, as well as any right arising to the product warranty terms, are recognized in each case.

Refund for the Value of Returned Products

If you meet the return conditions, we will refund you the amount corresponding to the value of the merchandise you are returning, through the same means by which the amount was paid.

The refund of the payment,  from EFT EUROFURNITURE TRADERS IMP-EXP LTD (Polihome) to the consumer, including, where applicable, delivery costs, is made within 14 days from the date on which the company was informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract.

Return of Defective Product

Upon receipt of the products, the customer must check the packaging externally, confirming the absence of external and aesthetic defects. In the event of a defect, the consumer has the right to refuse to accept the items and return them to the distributor, to accept them by signing with a reservation of the contents, or to contact the company's support department within 14 calendar days via the withdrawal form or by sending their request in writing. In the event that this deadline has passed, they lose any related right.   

If the consumer discovers a defective product part when unpacking the items at their premises, they must contact the company's support department and not proceed with the assembly if it has internal damage or defects so that the process of routing the problematic spare part can be determined and the original product packaging not be discarded.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

• The supply of goods or the provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled and which may occur within the withdrawal period.  
   
• The supply of goods manufactured according to the specifications you have given as a consumer or which are not in stock and require a special order from the (supplier/manufacturer).
• The supply of goods which, after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items.

We regret that we do not accept returns on special orders (sofas, upholstered beds), opened white goods packaging (e.g. sheets, duvets, pillows, mattresses, mattress and pillow protectors, etc.), products ordered/manufactured exclusively for you, either from domestic or foreign suppliers/manufacturers.
