The 2 Series Classic EXS Vario D grill has a double burner made of 7.5 kW aluminum alloy steel, which allows the independent use of the whole or half of the cooking surface. It uses an ignition system with a piezoelectric lighter. The 2.1 kW hob located on the side table is suitable for the preparation of sauce or other side dish, while the other table serves as a work surface.
Its lid has a built-in thermometer thanks to which you monitor the temperature during baking. The grill located on the lid is designed for slow baking or maintaining the temperature of the grills.
The temperature is easily adjusted by its two switches. The baking surface consists of a cast iron grill and a reversible plate. Below the cooking surface there is a practical storage space with a double door for placing the bottle and other useful objects.
